Our limited lifetime warranty takes effect upon completion of one paid repair. What does this mean? If your vehicle has an issue with its timing chain, you'll need to pay for the repair the first time it's done at our dealership. After that first repair, you're eligible for coverage if your timing chain becomes an issue again during your Longview adventures.

Please note that certain vehicle components may not be covered by our lifetime warranty. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to speak with a member of our team. With that said, here are some parts that are potentially ineligible for our limited warranty:

• Lamps (brake light, back-up, fog light, side marker, and turn signal light assemblies)
• Light bulbs (LEDs, laser lights, and headlight assemblies, nuts, bolts, clips, retainers, and fasteners)
• Paint
• Rust and corrosion damage
• Seat covers
• Sheet metals
• Shiny metals
• Spark plugs
• Structural framework and welds
• Tires
• Vacuum hoses, lines, and tubes
• Weather stripping
• Wheels and rims
• Windshield wiper blades (rubber component)

Filters, lubricants, coolants, fluids, and refrigerants will be covered only if replacement is required in connection with a breakdown of a covered part.

When does coverage begin?
Coverage under this limited warranty begins on the date listed on the original repair order and remains effective for as long as you own your vehicle.

Can I use the lifetime warranty instead of car insurance?
No. This is a limited product warranty, not insurance.

What happens with my lifetime warranty if I'm traveling?
If traveling away from home, please contact the administrator at 1-800-870-6856 for directions to the nearest authorized repair facility.
